Our Story

The Oluwayemisi Joel-Osebor Foundation (OJIF) was established in loving memory of Oluwayemisi Joel-Osebor, whose life and journey continue to inspire our commitment to compassion, opportunity, and hope.

Oluwayemisi Joel-Osebor Foundation story and legacy

The Foundation was born from a deeply personal loss of Oluwayemisi by her family, and a desire to transform that loss into a lasting legacy of service. We believe that no young person should have their dreams cut short simply because their family cannot afford the cost of education. Education has the power to change not only an individual's life, but also the future of families and communities.

At the same time, having experienced the devastating impact of breast cancer, we are committed to ensuring that more people have access to the information, support, and encouragement they need to make informed decisions about their health.
